Problem Statement:
The company operates a large, multi-level warehouse where locating specific pallets or boxes is often time-consuming. These delays can create a ripple effect, slowing down other critical warehouse operations.
Objective:
To design and implement a Real-Time Location System (RTLS) that provides the current location of each item and records movement history, thereby improving the speed and efficiency of warehouse processes.
Proposed Solution:
The solution involves attaching UHF RFID tags to pallets and boxes for identification, combined with Zebra 3D RFID readers and the CLAS application to accurately detect and monitor item locations in real time.
